- Stalls of 3 x 2 meters. Optional table of 1.8 meters
- Electricity (A special adapter is required. Not provided)

- Office in the market
- 2 hours of free parking for loading and unloading next to the market
- Free on-street parking on Saturdays (subject to availability)
IMPORTANT: INFORMATION ABOUT INSURANCE
To have a stall at The Blue Market, it is necessary to have Public Liability Insurance with a minimum coverage of £5 million. If you have people working with you, they must be covered by Employer’s Insurance.
Here are some of the companies recommended by our traders:
IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO HAVE A STALL WITHOUT HAVING INSURANCE.
DOCUMENTATION TO BE SUBMITTED BY THE TRADER
- Photocopy of passport or driver’s license
- Photocopy of a bill with the trader’s address
- Photocopy of the National Insurance number
- Certificate of insurance (Public Liability Insurance) with a minimum coverage of £5 million
- If you have assistants, they must be covered by insurance and have a Food Hygiene Certificate if handling food.
ADDITIONAL DOCUMENTATION FOR FOOD VENDORS”
- Food Hygiene Certificate level 2 (Food Handler Certificate)
- If you use gas, you need to have a Gas Safety Certificate.
- Electrical equipment must comply with safety and hygiene standards.
Are you registered as a food business?
Although it is not necessary for the first time, food and beverage vendors must register with the Southwark Council to continue selling. If you are already registered with another council or in Southwark, we will need proof of that or the rating given.
